Streamer flies is usually an imitation of a small fish which constitutes food to other predatory fish. When fishing with a streamer, it is possible to catch a really impressive fish. It should be remembered that trout, having reached certain age, transitions from insect to fish for its eating habits. Depending on the river it lives in, trout starts feeding on fish as its basic food at the age of 2 or 4.
