If you want your package fast delivered, you can choose it to be delivered by UPS. The package is sent at the same day, delivered within 1-2 days and the price is only 9,99 Euro.
Delivery time:
Delivery time depends on the courier service, whether it is Polish Post or UPS, and on the destination country and normally takes:
EU-countries 4 – 8 days from the shipment date.
Other countries by Polish Post 6-14 days
Delivery time by UPS 1-4 days. (EU-countries usually 1-2 days)
Safe delivery
All our shipments are insured and delivered against a confirmation of receipt. If, however, the shipment is not delivered on time, please contact us, and we will take all necessary measures to trace it, and in case it is not found, we will send another package with the same products or refund your money.
If the shipment shows outwards evidence of damage, open it in the carrier’s presence and if you find any damages, refuse the delivery.
Safe payment:
All payments to our shop are settled by means of a safe e-card system for Internet transactions. It means that while paying by credit card all data such as your card number or validity date are known only to our bank (e-card), and payments are settled via safe Internet connection. This connection between you and our bank is encoded and nobody is able to track it. When the payment is done, our bank (e-card) freezes the order price on your credit card. Only after packaging and shipping, our shop will charge your credit card with the total order price.
Our shop accepts major credit cards such as Visa and MasterCard. It may happen that payments by Visa Elektron are not authorized – it is because the bank of the issuer of the credit card hasn’t made it available for Internet transactions.
Guarantees
Guarantees for products offered in our shop are defined by their producers. The producer guarantee is from 1 to 30 years. However, many our products have a life guarantee.
Shortages
We take all efforts to ensure that the products offered are also available in-store and just after placing the order are sent to the client. Therefore in your interest we make the stock inventory available to you. Already at the moment of placing the order you know how many days the delivery will take. All products are marked with the delivery time. Usually while processing the order we first send products available in-stock, and others that for any reasons are not available we send as soon as possible at our own expense. The shipment time is shown at each product.
Satisfaction guaranteed
For us it is easy, if you are not satisfied with the product, you received, return it to us and we will refund your money or exchange it to another one indicated by you.
The satisfaction of our clients is our top priority, therefore we want you to be pleased with our products. All of them are selected considering their highest quality. If you for any reason are not 100 % satisfied with our product, return it to us within 14 days from the receipt of shipment, and we will send you a new one or refund your money without any questions. The products returned may not show any evidence of usage.
