If you choose a UPS shipment, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number, which you can use to track the progress of the parcel online. If you choose an EMS or Poczta Polska shipment, the parcel tracking service is available only in certain countries. If it's available in your country, you will automatically receive a link to the appropriate website.
The delivery time depends on the chosen method of shipment and is, on average:

EMS: 3-7 Days

EMS: 4-9 days

The specified delivery time is approximate and may vary in some cases.
All our shipments are professionally packed and insured and we assume full responsibility for the delivery of your shipment. In practice, damage or loss of parcels occurs infrequently - less than 0.1%, but if by chance your shipment is lost or damaged during delivery, we will refund the cost of the item, or resend it if possible.
If the shipment doesn't reach you within a reasonable time, please contact us and we will undertake a claims procedure with the courier company, and upon its completion we will refund you the money or send a second item, according to your wishes.
The time for considering the complaint by the courier company is no more than 30 working days from the moment the complaint is submitted.
In the case of international shipments sent by Polish Post, the time in which the complaint will be settled is governed by the General Regulations of the Universal Postal Union - this time is three months from the date of filing the complaint.
A complaint about an undelivered shipment by Post may be submitted no earlier than 14 business days (21 days) from the date of posting.

The parcel shall be opened in the presence of the courier, or at the post office. If the item is damaged, please write a report of the damage, and do not pick up the parcel. Please contact us, and upon settling the complaint we will send you a second parcel with the same item, or give you a refund.
Item availability and delivery time:
We try to keep all items we offer in stock. Next to each item we offer you will find information on the delivery time and whether it's in stock. If the item is in stock it's shipped immediately upon completion of the order. If the delivery time shown for an item is longer, then it will be sent upon completion of all items, unless, for some reason, we are unable to meet the deadline, in which case you will be notified of this by e-mail and decide yourself whether to send the parcel, or if you are willing to continue to wait.
If, for some reason, we don't have low-value items ordered by you in stock, e.g. you order a larger amount than what we have in stock, we will send you all available items, and you will have to order the rest at a later date.
If, for some reason, the store is unable to fill the order, the order will be canceled and, if the funds were previously held, they will be reversed onto the customer's card.
Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back:
We take care to make sure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases, so if, for some reason, you are unhappy with the item you purchased from us you can return it to us without providing a reason, and we will exchange it for another or give you a refund. Returns can be made within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. The returned item must be in its original packaging, without any signs of use, and have the original receipt attached. The item shall be returned at your own expense.
Returns do not apply to special order items, that is, those not included in our offer or if you were notified of this fact earlier.
